As per the Apple’s website Apple iPhone 4 is going to feature a 512Mb RAM which is double than the previous version ie of 256Mb and also exceeds the Apple iPad’s RAM making it quite powerful, easy to handle the multi tasking environment. This is the very reason the Apple ipad cannot run the iMovie App because the 256mb of RAM wont be enough.
